Customer Service


If you wish to return an item to HAPPY little FACE you have 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note that you must return the item no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to do so. Read more about your cancellation rights here.

Fulfill the above standard cancellation form and send the form along with the goods.You can use the same plastic bag in which you received the goods- to save money and the environment.
It is important that the item is returned in the same good condition that you received it in, if you wish to receive a refund of the full amount.

You must pay for shipping costs associated with the return of the goods. We will however refund the postage charges for parcels sent with standard priority through the national post service. The bag should be sent as parcel post and can be dropped off at the post office. Please note that you remain responsible for the parcel/goods until we receive them. Always keep proof of postage receipts, and, if applicable, tracking numbers. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery.


At HAPPY little FACE, quality is our ultimate aim, but in the unlikely event that you should experience errors or omissions in an item, your purchase is subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects, and you have 24 months to seek redress for all goods. You should simply return the item in the same way as described above. In this matter the return shipment is of course free of charge. We will refund the purchase price and the freight costs once we have received the item, unless you receive a new item to replace the original item. Read more about making a claim here 

Defective items
If you receive the wrong item, simply return it to us and we will send a new item to you for no additional charge. If the item is sold out we will refund the full amount to you. If you receive the wrong item, the return shipment is of course free of charge, and all you have to do is follow the same procedure as for standard returns.



We aim to pack and send your order from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. 



All orders are sent through The Danish National Postal Service as letter post prioritize A. We recommend that you carefully inspect your items when the parcel arrives. Please contact our Customer Service or Post Denmark immediately, if any of the items are damaged upon arrival.
